Tim Robathan
With over 25 years experience in Formula 1, Tim founded Dash-CAE in 2006 to deliver innovative, lean engineering solutions. Tim has set the strategic direction of the business. He is not afraid to pioneer advanced manufacturing solutions and maintains a day-to-day input on company programs. Successful delivery of projects has driven growth across the mobility spectrum including aerospace, Formula 1, emobility, motorbikes and hypercars.

Ashley Robathan
BEng (Hons)
Ash has followed the business from its inception, and finally became a full time member in 2018 after working in other F1 and Composite manufacturing firms.
Having a good knowledge of our technologies, he runs all areas of the business and ensures our operations remain match fit, delivering above and beyond customer expectations.

Sophie Robathan
Sophie is the go-to person for all accounting issues. She keeps the company books and manages our accounts team.
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Alan Bevington
Alan joined the team during its growth plan when it needed experience within the QA department.
Alan has 14 years of composites experience, many of which have been in F1, and another 10+ years as an engineer within metrology inspection departments.
There is little Alan does not know about Quality, but it is his considered time he is able to give to our customers that makes all the difference.

SALES DIRECTOR
With a background in composite design, machining and company strategy in both the Automotive and F1 industries, Ryan joined Dash in 2023 to provide our customers with both technical and commercial support, focussing on a personalised approach and ensuring customer challenges are resolved in a quick and cost-effective manner.
